SE London’s brand new female sneaker store, and the rest of this week’s Shoes News

Kicks Love

This week I visited a brand new sneaker store in Deptford…so new in fact, that it hadn’t quite opened to the public! As a SE London dweller, I’ve been really excited about Kicks Love launching, and it didn’t disappoint. I’ll be writing more about it and its founder Lisa really soon, but in the meantime, get yourselves down to Deptford Market Yard (there are loads more cool new establishments there too) for a great edit of trainers for women. Or just follow Kicks Love on Instagram for sneaker inspiration and various discounts and giveaways over the advent period.

Winter is coming…

Left to right: Hunter, £18,; Celtic & Co, £10,; Woly, £14.69,

How to survive the cold snap without spending a fortune on thermal boots? Easy: just get yourself a pair of sheepskin insoles. I’ve had mine from Hunter for a few years and they’ve been a lifesaver this week. They only work in shoes that come up slightly big – like my Grenson boots and Nike Air Force Ones – but they really do make a difference.

WIN a pair of party flats

There’s still time – just! – to win yourself a pair of snazzy House of Spring shoes with my exclusive competition. But you need to enter before midnight tonight! All the details are here – HURRY!
